I have a 2009 Mazda 3i. Both front low beams are out. the high beams still work. The fog lights still work. The low beams are halogens, not HID. I checked both low beam fuses (60 and 61). Both show continuity on my ohmmeter. I pulled and checked the passenger side lowbeam headlamp. The filament shows continuity.
